Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Get Hired Fast. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Submit false, misleading, or infringing content.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems.
• Resell or redistribute the service without our written permission.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of the resume content and other materials you submit. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to provide the service to you, including AI-assisted optimization and translation.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid plans (such as the Canadian Job Pack, Interview Accelerator, and Landing Pack) are billed through our payment provider. Fees are charged at purchase, and any recurring plans renew automatically until cancelled. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

6. AI-Generated Output

Get Hired Fast provides AI-assisted suggestions, scores, and translations. These are provided for guidance only and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all content before submitting it to employers. We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, or any specific outcome.

7. Intellectual Property

The Get Hired Fast name, logo, software, templates, and content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Get Hired Fast will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or opportunities arising from your use of the service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the service and close your account at any time.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide notice through the service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
